Deborah Frempong is a dedicated dual-certified Psych and Family Nurse Practitioner who believes optimizing both the physical and mental health of each patient can help improve each patient’s health outcomes.
She is ready to work with you to achieve your physical and mental health goals so you can live your life to the fullest. Deborah Frempong has over seven years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She delivers high-quality patient-centered care to patients using current Evidence-based research findings to guide her treatment plan.
She has had the opportunity to care for patients across the life span ages two years old and up in various healthcare settings, including Primary care clinics, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, Nursing homes, and Assisted living facilities.
